Position Description

FT Operating Room RN - No weekends, no holidays and no call required!

At Advanced Surgery Center of Metairie, we believe health and care go hand in hand. Our focus is on providing a high-quality, service-oriented environment for every surgical procedure.

Our facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and is physician-owned. A list of physician owners or investors is available upon request.

We feature 2 operating rooms and 1 treatment room, equipped with advanced technology to support procedures in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, ENT, Podiatry, Pain Management, and Ocular Plastics.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Active RN license in the state
  • BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working as a OR RN
  • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
